Our best-in-class hydraulic repair service ensures optimum performance of your machine. The facility boasts equipment and highly trained manpower to repair cylinders quickly and at a cost effective price.

The machine or component is completely disassembled and .all hoses, belts, seals, gaskets, bearings, knobs, wiring, switches and gauges are replaced with new parts. Remaining parts will be inspected and measured against strict reusability guidelines. Those that do not meet our high standards will either be replaced with new or CAT Reman parts, or reconditioned to meet guideline specifications.
The rebuilt machine is thoroughly load tested in field to check for performance, and operating cycle times to ensure complete satisfaction of our customers. CRC’s Power Train facility includes computer controlled hydraulic test bench specifically designed to test the Caterpillar transmissions, torque converters, hydraulic pumps and motors. The test bench is capable of simulating vehicle operation on most transmissions.
The electrical simulator lab built in-house at CRC is capable of testing engine harness, ECM, injectors and sensors for all CAT electronic engines. All 3400 Series, 3500 Series & C series Engine ECM, Harness, Sensors and Injectors can be tested in the lab. The simulation test can be carried out to determine the reusability of these electrical components. Other electrical items like starter motor & Alternator can be tested after repairs.
The machine components and subassemblies are painted with CAT yellow paint. After a complete painting job of the machine, new model identify decals are applied on a full rebuild.
