His expert skills in Major Account Management help Gmmco in building long-term sustainable Customer Relations.

An Automobile Engineer by qualification, he later completed the Leadership Development Program at IIM(A). He has been with Gmmco for the last 26 years and has progressed from a frontline PS role to the head of Construction Equipment Business vertical which covered Product Management, Sales and Product Support. He has deep expertise in Product Support of Caterpillar Construction & Mining Equipment.

A mechanical engineering graduate with BE from BIT Mesra and MS from Florida State University, he also has MBA from Johnson School at Cornell University. He has a rich industry experience of 26 years. He has worked with companies like GE Power and Water, Cummins Inc., DRDO, and Hindalco. Throughout his career, Pankaj has worked on product life cycles through changing emission norms and managing sales in an ever-changing global competitive environment. He managed sales for the South Asia region for the Perkins brand of Caterpillar for the last 13 years.

Rahul Shorey is an Engineering Graduate from Jadavpur University with more than 30 + years of rich work experience in Sales & Marketing of Construction equipment. He has worked with various companies Larsen and Toubro , Tata Hitachi etc. Currently he is the Vice President – Construction Equipment Business , responsible for the CI prime products sales and product support.

An engineer from BITS Pilani with a Master's Degree in Professional Management from Great Lakes Institute of Management, Chennai, he has over 30 years of rich experience in Construction & Mining and the Commercial Vehicle Industry. He has contributed immensely across various functions like product support, product management and business management. He established and grew the HCV division in Gmmco to a 250cr business in 6 years. Currently he heads the Parts & Workshop operation of Gmmco and drives Caterpillar Excellence programs like Service, Parts & Digital for all business verticals.

Pankaj Zade is an Engineering Graduate from VNIT, Nagpur and has done General Management Programme from ISB, Hyderabad. He has more than 28 + years of rich work experience in Product Support and Techo-Commercial experience in various industry segments like infrastructure, construction, mining, cement, city gas distribution (CGD) and compressed bio-gas. He has worked with Tata Motors, Tata Hitachi, ILFS Engg Co.Ltd, Soma Enterprise, Adani Group and Ambuja Cement. He Heads the Rental & Used Equipment (RUE) business.

A professional with diverse industry experience of 25 Years in sectors of Power and Oil & Gas. He has contributed immensely across various functions like Sales, Product Support and Brand building for the Perkins Engines Brand in the industry through Gmmco Power across sectors of Electric Power Generation and Industrial Engines business. Currently he heads the Gmmco Power Vertical. He is an engineer from Dr. B R AIT Bengaluru with a Master's Degree in Professional Management from Great Lakes Institute of Management, Chennai.

Arun comes with over 22 years of experience in driving large-scale digital transformations and currently serves as the Chief Digital Officer at GMMCO. He leads the company’s digital vision and strategy. He also oversees the design and execution of initiatives that harness cutting-edge technologies to drive operational efficiency and accelerate business growth.

Pallavi P is a seasoned marketing professional with diverse expertise in cross-functional marketing, research, and strategy, including brand management, customer alliance management, marketing strategy and implementation. She has extensive experience in both B2B and B2C marketing in diverse MNCs. She collaborates and fosters growth through her specialized skillset that includes strong communication abilities, adept management of multiple stakeholders, expertise in business strategy and planning and a discerning creative vision.

Varun is an IIM A graduate and worked for Goldman Sachs, HSBC and McKinsey before joining Gmmco. He has international experience having worked across countries in US, Europe, South East Asia and Middle East over the last 16 years. During this period, he has helped clients generate top line value from commercial excellence, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and new business building. Currently Varun is Chief AI and Innovation officer of Gmmco.

A Mechanical Engineer with more than 32 years of experience in Engineering Industry, primarily in Product Support and in areas of Sales, Marketing and Business Development, he has also completed Executive MBA from Great Lakes Institute of Management in 2012. He has vast experience in Product Support and Sales of Products like Diesel and Gas Engines on Industrial, Genset, Marine, Petroleum Applications, Construction and Mining Machines. He has been with Gmmco since 2004 and has led various Product Support teams across geographies till 2012. He currently heads the North SBU for GMMCO.

A Mechanical Engineer from National Institute of Engineering , Mysore, Executive MBA from GLIM Chennai. He has 20 years of experience in CE industry and worked with various organizations like SREI group, Kobelco. He has handled multiple roles in Gmmco such as Rental Division, Product management, RBU Head. Currently he is the COO for West SBU.

A graduate in Mechanical Engineering from B.V.Bhoomraddi College of Engineering & Technology, Karnataka and a Master in Business Administration specialised in Marketing & Advertising from Manipal University, Karnataka, he has over 13 years of experience in the Mining & Construction Earth Moving Industry and has held various assignments in Sales, Key accounts Management, Tender Business, Pan India Mining Business, Product Support, New product Development & Introduction etc. in BEML Limited & Sany Group. He has been with Gmmco since January 2022. Currently he is designated as Chief Operating Officer for MBG- SBU East.

Rajkumar is a MBA graduate with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. His journey has been deeply rooted in GMMCO for over 17 years handling multiple portfolios including Rental & Used division, CI Sales and as Regional Business Unit head.
